INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup poha
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp mustard seeds
- ½ tsp cumin seeds
- Pinch of asafoetida (Hing)
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 chopped tomato
- any other veggies of your choice (chopped)
- ½–1 tsp turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Firstly rinse the cup of poha thoroughly and keep it aside until soften
- Then, in a kadhai add oil to heat
- Now add mustard seeds and cumin seeds
- Saute until cumin seeds turn brown (aromatic)
- Then add all the chopped veggies and saute until the veggies become brownish
- Then add salt, chilli powder and turmeric powder
- Now add poha in the kadhai and mix it properly
- And your delicious poha is ready
